Job Description

Accountable for overall responsibility of Car Parking Operations management at sites.
Recruitment and Training of ground staff at work sites.
Will oversee staff deployment and roster management for day to day parking operations.
Maintain staff discipline and attendance.
Maintain cash reconciliation and timely banking.
Responsible for daily parking MIS reports and audit checks.
Maintain site HRMIS/Operation data and its accuracy.
Handle customer service, queries and complaints.
Manage issuance of RFID cards for monthly parking pass holders.
Ensures compliance of agreed SLA and SOP standards at site.
Conducts on the job training and recruitment of site staff.
Ensure there are no accidents or incidents happening in designated parking area.
Maintain healthy client relationship. 
Create excellent parking operations environment and ensure smooth day to day Parking operations at Sites

Desired Candidate Profile

Education-

Any Graduate / Post Graduate for Car Park Managers.

Age:
For Car Park Managers age between 27 to 35 yrs of age.

Minimum previous work experience required:
05 to 10 years relevant Managerial experience for candidates applying for Car Park Manager Positions.

Candidate coming from Supervisory / Managerial positions from Retail/ Housekeeping/ Security Management/ Hotel / Service Industry and large format restaurant chains preferred.
For both these positions candidates should have good Computer/ IT Skills such as MS office and Email correspondence.
Should have good business communication skills both written and spoken English language and having knowledge of written/spoken local language.
Should be a team player and have handled large teams directly.
Be a guide and mentor to his team and drive staff performance.

Responsibilities

  • To assist the project leaders in the traffic assessment and parking demand study based on the brief given by the Head / Client.
  • Traffic Impact Assessment.

  1. An Architect Graduate with Masters in Traffic / Transport or Maters of Architecture / Master Planner with specializations in Transport.
  2. 4 to 5 years of post-qualification work experience.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office, Auto CAD, Auto Turn4 and other software’s for the study.
  4. Strong knowledge and understanding of road traffic, intersections, construction practices / techniques, contract laws, project controls and building support systems.

Job Summary

To control the day to day operations of a designated area ensuring the highest levels of service and presentation are maintained at all times in accordance with Company policy. The position reports to the Operations Manager and the role involves, but is not limited to:

  • Monitor income and performance of all sites.
  • Make recommendations for improvements to performance of sites.
  • Recruit, train, review and supervise site personnel.
  • Produce regular management reports and attend meetings.
  • Carry out regular liaison and meetings with clients to ensure highest standards of service are met at all time.
  • Extensive travel plans and regular visits to Car parks assigned (even the ones that operate 24/7).

Responsibilities

Operations:

  • Ensure that all sites under your control are operated in accordance with Secure Parking Solutions India Company policy and all team members are aware of such policies.
  • Implement and maintain a consistently high standard of customer service within sites under your control in accordance with the Company policy.
  • Monitor the performance of all sites under your control by using the management information available making regular recommendations for improvement.
  • Control the costs of each site under your control contributing to savings where possible.
  • Keep your Line Manager informed of all local developments and opportunities which could affect future business including competitor activity.

Security:

  • Ensure all site procedures relating to security of equipment, stock, premises, cash and Company information are observed at all times.
  • Ensure all team members are fully aware of all security regulations, potential hazards and the means to overcome them.
  • Ensure that all team members are aware of situations where theft can occur and that they are trained to recognize such situations and act accordingly in order to minimize loss.

Administration:

  • Ensure that all team members are fully aware of the administration procedures relevant to their particular position.
  • Ensure all administration procedures are carried out accurately and on time.

Client Interface:

  • Maintain regular contact with all clients at your sites through written reports, emails and personal meetings.
  • Regular and strong follow-up with clients for payments.

Grooming Standards:

  • Organize and control a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in sites under your control ensuring that all staff are fully aware of the standard to be achieved in both personal and site presentation.
  • Report the improvements needed within sites under your control and ensure all authorized improvements are carried out within budget and to the agreed specification.

 

Human Resource Management:

  • Recruit team members as authorized.
  • Carry out training as directed and ensure that all training is carried out to the highest possible standard.
  • Provide help and guidance as necessary in order to develop team members and improve the overall standard of performance within the Company.
  • Ensure all team members under your control are aware of their duties and the required standard of performance.
  • Review and appraise team member’s performance, identify potential and provide the necessary help and guidance to ensure each team member reaches their full potential.
